The Wi-Fi Password to connect your devices can be found through the Multi Media Interface within your vehicle. Your vehicle and its MMI System will determine where the Password is found. Passwords can be changed with an 8 character alphanumeric requirement. They are case sensitive. Please refer to the following chart for the steps for your vehicle.

Key User services give the ability for vehicle owners to view real time status updates on their vehicle, set alerts for speed limits and geo-fencing violations, as well as locking and unlocking the vehicle through their smart phone. 2017 Audi Q7, A4, allroad & 2018 A5 & Q5 vehicles with Audi connect© have the capabilities to access these services. For security purposes registration is required. The first step is to create a myDaitokai account through the www.audiusa.com/myaudi website.&Once logged in please select the “Audi connect© services” icon. When the new page loads open the menu options in the upper left hand corner and select “Audi connect User management”. Follow the instructions to create a Key User Agreement. An Audi Dealership will now need to assist by verifying this Key User Agreement (only an Audi Dealership is capable of performing this verification). Once the Agreement has been verified scratch off the portion of the Key Tag provided to reveal the ten digit vehicle code. This code is entered into the vehicle along with your username (e-mail address). After successful entry of these login credentials you will become set as Key User in your vehicle and be able to use Key User services through your MMI Connect app and/or online myDaitokai account.
Owners of 2017 Audi Q7, A4, allroad & 2018 A5 & Q5 vehicles with Audi connect© have the ability to activate Key User services. This message indicates you have not been set as Key User in your vehicle. Please follow the instructions for registering for Key User services to enable these features.
Your myDaitokai PIN is used to link your vehicle with your myDaitokai account. The PIN is found inside your online myDaitokai account or MMI Connect app. With successful entry of the myDaitokai PIN you will be able to use features like sending destinations to the vehicle and personalize certain myDaitokai services (if applicable).
Audi connect© is a subscription based services. If you experience an outage with your services first confirm that your subscription is up to date by logging into your account on www.myaudiconnect.com. If assistance is required accessing this account you may reach our billing and subscription team at + 1 877 505 2834, prompt 1. If you confirm the subscription is active but services are still not working there are several troubleshooting steps which may correct the issue and resume services. Please consult your owner’s manual for direction, or if further assistance is needed you may reach our Audi Customer Experience Center at + 1 800 822 2834. Assistance is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
The SIM card slot in the glove box has been deactivated for the US Market.
The ability to lock and unlock the vehicle through the MMI Connect app is a feature of Generation 2 Audi connect© called Key User services. This is available for 2017 Audi Q7, A4, allroad & 2018 A5 & Q5 vehicles with Audi connect©.
These steps can be followed to enable your Wi-Fi so you can connect as you would to any hotspot. Select the Menu button, telephone, right control button, and then Wi-Fi settings. Make sure Wi-Fi is set to on.
These steps can be followed to pair your cellular device with the Bluetooth. Make sure your vehicle is on and your cellular device is discoverable. Click Telephone, Connect Mobile Device, and then Find New Device. Select and confirm the desired cellular device from the list of displayed Bluetooth devices. The last step is to confirm the PIN on your mobile device.
